Terms of Service

1. What GWC Provides

GWC AI provides a cloud platform where AI agents build, deploy, and manage software on your behalf. You direct the AI through natural language. The AI executes tasks using your connected services and API keys.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use GWC
• You're responsible for your account security
• Don't share your API keys or GWC credentials with others
• One account per person (unless on a Team plan)

3. You Own Your Stuff

All code, assets, and data created in your workspace belong to you. GWC does not claim ownership of anything you build. You can download and export everything at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use GWC to:

• Build malware, phishing sites, or scam apps
• Abuse AI providers by circumventing their rate limits
• Store or process illegal content
• Attack other users' workspaces or infrastructure
• Resell GWC access without permission

5. Billing

• Free tier is free forever (subject to fair use)
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• Cancel anytime — prorated, no lock-in
• Stripe Connect fees (0.3%) are deducted from transactions flowing through your apps
• AI credits expire at the end of each billing cycle

6. AI Limitations

AI can make mistakes. Always review deployments before making them public. GWC is not liable for bugs, outages, or errors in AI-generated code. Use the access control tiers (Scoped/Standard/God Mode) to limit what AI can do.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. Workspace VMs may be suspended after idle periods and restored on reconnect.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your files are available for download for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
